Screen recording of previewing a setup using three zebrafish swimming in a cylindrical aquarium (Ø 30cm). Two cameras were located below the aquarium, filming the fish through a transparent floor. The detected fish are shown in colours.
Shoaling zebrafish are measured from below. The data of the fish are measured and read out in real time.
The swimming trajectories are measured as X,Y,Z (t) of each fish. From these, e.g. the projected density and a depth histogramme are computed.
